The Maine Meal is a diversified commercial kitchen led by Chef Mark & Kelly LaCasse. Our line of fully cooked, prepared foods and fresh pastas are designed to simplify mealtimes. The menu focuses on high quality ingredients from the farmers, fisher people, and makers of Maine. Portioned for one hearty eater or two lite eaters, these frozen, heat-and-serve menu items include dishes made with local beef, poultry, seafood, vegetables, local grains, honey, maple syrup, fruits, eggs, and dairy. Our specialty is fresh pasta and we make a variety to choose from each week! Order online today for yourself or gift to a loved one. Some doorstep delivery routes are weekly, others are monthly (home, camp, cottage, boat, workplace, or vacation rental). One time, off route delivery available! The Maine Meal has partnered with Community Regional Charter School on a local focused school lunch program and we are excited about a new partnership with Lake George Regional Park for summer camp meals. Near and dear to our hearts are collaborations with Somerset Public Health, Main Street Skowhegan, Skowhegan Outdoors, New Balance, and other local non-profits committed to breaking down barriers to food access!
