Slow Rise Farm

Farm

We are Kate Mahaffey and Nathan Dore.  We have maintained our 8 acres of blueberries in Pittston, Maine since 2009.  We named our business Slow Rise Farm because our blueberry fields are on a beautiful slow rise towards the top of Blinn Hill in the Dresden/Pittston area and we like the reminder to take things  "slow" in this fast-paced time.  In 2020, we leased another 11 acres of wild blueberries down the road.
