Annalisa and Joel Miller of Wild Miller Farm are building a robust farming operation in Palermo, and investing in their community along the way.
Joel says, “It’s important to get kids connected to how their food is grown and where it comes from”. In the Spring of 2021 Wild Miller Farm donated a tomato plant to every student at the Palermo Consolidated School. The kids had the opportunity to take these plants home and grow their own food.
Involvement in the community is clearly something the Miller family takes seriously. Joel is part of the Palermo Volunteer Fire Department, Wild Miller Farm participates in the Daybreak Growers Alliance, and has been part of community events in Palermo.
Their farm stand is located at 1165 Turner Ridge in Palermo.
