In 2019, HCMC expanded the umbrella of our operations from wild game only to include domestic animals, such as cows and pigs. In 2020, in an effort to better serve the growing needs of northern Maine farmers, Hatch’s Custom Meat Cutting became the only State-inspected facility in Aroostook County.
We understand the importance in knowing that your product is being properly handled and processed in a clean, controlled, and humane environment. The meat will be dry aged for increased tenderness and then professionally packaged using our commercial vacuum sealer, ensuring optimal freshness.
