We are a small, 3 acre farm located in the rural town of West Newfield. We believe in locally raised food, and raising animals in the most wholesome and humane manner possible. Giving respect and a good life to the animal, results in a better quality product. We limit the number of birds we raise to ensure each turkey has ample space and low stress. We highly encourage you to visit any farm you might purchase from before you buy, and see how the animals are raised. We raise pastured turkeys, and do our own processing to minimize the stress to the birds typical of crating and transporting. The pasture is never overstocked so every turkey has plenty of room. We take orders for a limited number of fresh Thanksgiving turkeys because they are used primarily for making our soups and pies.
We have a vintage style farm store on site with food and gift items and spring 2020 launched the food trailer from which we serve our turkey pot pie, cheesecake, and some items ONLY available from the trailer, such as Turkey Panini, and Smoked Mac & Cheese. Friday nights in the summer and fall you can come to the farm for great food and a relaxing evening with your friends. We have 3 distinct flavors of pot pies, BEST traditional style, Parisian style, and Albuturque our southwestern style pie. We also make a turkey & kale soup with ground turkey, and turkey stew with barley made with bone broth and chopped turkey, and two styles of turkey chili. Our product line of frozen foods has grown to include three flavors of turkey pot pie, three soups, chili, and a line of New York style cheesecakes.
